DC State of Mind is a 4’ x 6’ representation of the flag of Washington, DC made up of 250 ceramic tiles in the shape of District icons. It was first presented at the DC League of Women Voters’ booth at the 2023 DC state fair as a reminder that 700,000 American living in DC don’t have full representation in Congress.
